Garlock Equipment Company offers the SquareChute and SquareChute Pro, trash chute systems that address the “debris bottleneck” of the tear-off process. According to the company, this product innovation allows contractors to clear roofs quickly and safely by taking advantage of the higher-capacity chutes, saving time and reducing labor costs. The standard SquareChute allows for 20 chute sections to be easily chained and hoisted up to 80 feet without additional scaffolding. The SquareChute Pro is suited for large tear-offs, and the two-axis articulation of the swivel hopper allows for filling multiple dumpsters without moving the hopper. Both versions set up quickly and easily and are engineered with large “loading zones” to allow for easy dumping of debris.
