Check out what’s trending on RoofersCoffeeShop® this past month.
There were a lot of changes happening last month in the roofing industry and the Coffee Shop was here to tell you all about it. The news that had the most interest was the Roof Coating Manufacturer’s Association naming a new executive director! It might be someone you already know – use the link in the list below to find out in case you missed the news.
Other big news and our second most popular story was the news that Atlas Partners announced its acquisition of TectaAmerica from ONCAP. TectaAmerica is one of the leading commercial roofing companies with more than 60 locations and 3,000 employees across the U.S. The other acquisition announcement that held our visitors’ interest was that of IKO acquiring Roof Tile Group, which distributes metal roofing tiles under brands such as DECRA and Gerard.
Always popular on RCS is our people! The people who visit the Coffee Shop every day are what make us a unique online community and we love to feature those people whenever we can. We were able to share how RCS Influencer Charles Antis uses fashion to start conversations and raise awareness for doing good.
Last but not least, our audience is definitely interested in adhering to regulations and keeping their workers safe, with the article on OSHA’s Silica Standard and Weatherproofing Technologies’ innovative safety program coming in just about tied for fifth most popular. In case you missed any of these, use the links below to check them out now.
