So, you set up your quarterly goals with your marketing agency–why do you need to contact them again? Your marketing agency should be your right-hand man. They will be the one driving leads for you. Form a relationship with them. You are paying your marketing agency for a reason, and if you don’t trust them to do what they say they will, what’s the point?
By having regular “check-ins,” your marketing agency is able to perform at higher levels because they are able to know more about your business, are aware of your current business needs, and can coordinate with your traditional marketing efforts more effectively.
By communicating with your marketing agency frequently, they will have a better handle on what’s important to your specific business and the personalizations that reflect the unique aspects of your business.
